Who
Scot McCracken is the owner and president of the US Music Label, where he manages Crossbone Skull Band. He reached out to us to help with event management and the Discord server where the online event took place. The event was announcing a new tour and merch and needed to be held online, as the majority of the band's fanbase is based worldwide.
Why
Brandualist team addressed the challenge of scaling a Discord server for a large-scale event, ensuring seamless fan engagement. The main issue was that the regular Discord server could not hold events at large guest capacities.
